I would like to introduce you to Hillcrest Property Solutions (HPS). I’m Jaspal Bola and I’m the principalmortgage broker at HPS. We understand that purchasing a new home or indeed moving house or looking at investment property can be a daunting and very stressful task to undertake especially when you look at taking independent mortgage advice. HPS is a directly authorised firm, which means we are not tied to a panel of lenders and can offer mortgage advice from the whole of the market.

First established in 2008, we initially specialised in Low-Cost Home Ownership schemes like Shared Ownership and Homebuy (now known as Help to buy). I have had the privilege of working with some of the largest housing associations in the UK sellingandmarketing shared ownership properties, having freshly graduated from a Business and Administration degree. My background has helped me to become a more rounded independent mortgage broker and when it comes to helping clients purchase homes or indeed properties for investment purposes, I am able to integrate my experience from selling properties, acquiring land or homes to be soldthrough Housing Associations along with my strong financial acumen gathered from studying my degree and running HPS to assist all clients who wish to work with us.

Over time we have grown within the low-cost homeownership market and are blessed to work with several local authorities in their ‘Estate re-development’ schemes along with numerous Housing Associations.

Our ultimate ambition is to take the stress out of the home buying process for the client, to make the process easy and straightforward when navigating through the jargon that is often used when purchasing a new home.
